DIY Magnesium Spray

  • STEP 1: Place 1/4 cup of magnesium flakes in a glass measuring cup or heat-proof bowl. Next, boil 1/4 cup of filtered or distilled water and pour over the magnesium flakes.

  • STEP 2: Stir to dissolve. Let mixture cool to room temperature.

    (Optional): Add 20-30 drops of your favorite skin-safe essential oil.

  • STEP 3: Pour into glass spray bottle and add a label to the bottle. Spray 10-12 times on skin. For additional benefits, apply castor oil pack to the sprayed area.

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped Mon-Friday excluding holidays. If ordered before 11 am EST, your order will go out the same day. After 11 am, and it'll ship the following day. Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Central Florida via USPS.  As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.  If you don't see it, please check your spam folder as sometimes our emails can accidentally wind up there. 

Are your ingredients healthy?

Absolutely! We believe that what you put on your body is just as important as what you put into it.  That's why we only use healthy, non-toxic ingredients that are good for you and the planet.  No parabens, artificial fragrances, yucky chemicals, toxic preservatives, or junk fillers.
